ERC Online Benchmarking Portal
The Ethics Resource Center (ERC) is a non-profit, nonpartisan
organization dedicated to the study and promotion of ethical behavior in
organizations worldwide. The ERC Online Benchmarking Portal is a community for
benchmarking and sharing information about ethics and compliance program
effectiveness.

This portal site lets you view
survey results from your organization's ethics survey(s) conducted by ERC.
After you log in, you will have several options to select from. We recommend that you
first select "How to Analyze your Data." This section provides an overview of
the Analysis and instructions on how to perform your own analyses.
When you feel comfortable with the customized search tool, select "Analysis Tool"
and begin your own analysis or try the Suggested Analysis described below.
Suggested Analysis:
- Check the box for "My Organization", and
- Select a demographic: Tenure
- Select the category: Program Outcomes
- Hit Continue
- Select the sub-category/question: Pressure
- Hit Continue
- Select the question: Felt Pressure to compromise organization's standards of
conduct
- Submit your request
A table will be generated with the results of your request. It provides information
about your employees' sense of pressure to compromise standards based on their level
of time at the organization. After this, you can start conducting your own analyses
of the data.
